Where do you ship to?

Currently we only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

Is shipping free?

Yes! Shipping is free for all orders within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland)

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase.

We use standard shipping within the United Kingdom and orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days after they are shipped. 📦

What if I decide it's not for me?

We stand by our products to bring genuine connection between you and your loved ones. That is why we offer a 100% refund on products purchased on our website.

If you are not completely happy with your products within 14 days after receiving them, please reach out to us at hello@gladigottoask.com and we will help sort you out.

Please note that while we are able to refund the cost of the product unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return shipping.

If your item arrived damaged please reach out to us at hello@gladigottoask.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order. When contacting us, kindly include the following details:

1. A photo showing the damage
2. A brief description of the issue
3. Your original order number
4. Your full shipping address
